Artisans and assessors create an account, verify with a one-time code, and sign in with password or Google. Password reset also uses OTP. Long-term, sign-in is shared across Elimi apps.

Before submitting an RPL application, candidates verify their identity (starting with NIN). After verification, linked personal details stay fixed for that application path.

Once the centre accepts the application, the candidate pays the centre. Payment unlocks facilitator support for gathering evidence.

After payment, a facilitator helps the candidate arrange evidence for the chosen trade and units. Feedback may open a conversation until the folder is approved for interview.
